General terms- I am not responsible if you , the commissioner fails to read the terms of service which I provided.
- I will start working once I have received my payment.
- You are purchasing only a digital file not a printed artwork.
- It takes anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks to finish the artpiece depending on complexity and queue.
- if the art is for commercial use , it will cost an additional percentage of the price.Revisions- Revisions such as poses and details can only be made before you approve my sketch. If I had started rendering and you wished those details to be changed, it can not be done as you have "approved" said things earlier.
- Revisions after the rendering process can be made only about the rendering process.
- once you have received the full resolution image , no revisions can be made further.
Revisions for free when
- I did not follow a clear instruction or have missed out on details you have provided.
- Small changes
Revisions costs additionally when
- Big changes to the art piece
- you want to add additional details which you have left out.
[ How much it will cost additionally depends on the complexity of the revision. ]Refund policy- If I've finished sketching and you were to wish to refund you will receive only a 70% refund as a 30% labor fee for the sketch with additional labor fee if said sketch has been revised . Each revision will cost an additional 20% labor fee
- If you have approved said sketch , such refunds can no longer be made.Terms of Service [ TOS ]- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, and in my portfolio.- You may use the commissioned artwork for your personal uses.
- You can NOT edit , modify , resell or redistribule the commissioned artwork or claim it as your own.
- You may post your commissioned artwork as long as you give proper credit and it is not for commercial uses
- You can NOT edit or remove my watermark and signature from the commissioned artwork.
- You can NOT input my art into any forms of A.I.Things I do NOT do
- NSFW
- Furries
- Offensive content
- Gore
THE COMMISSIONING PROCESS
The commissioning process will start with you providing me in full detail of what you want to be made, this includes the details about who or what you want me to draw ,as well as the pose , the background and any reference materials which you can provide.As soon as that is done I will start sketching and send the sketch to you as soon as possible. When you have received said sketch this is when you should pick out any problems you have with it and a revision can be made .Once you have approved the sketch , I will take my time in rendering it. You can request a W.I.P at anytime in this process.When I finish my rendering I will send a image to you to confirm the rendering and once you're happy with the results , I'll send the full-resolution image to your provided email.If you have any further questions, feel free to DM ! ^^
A bit of my backstory
Hi , my name is Dol , I'm a digital artist and I've been drawing since 2019. I started my digital art journey in 2021 by drawing on my mobile phone with just my thumbs. I shared my first digital artwork within the same year as "dols.art_" on Instagram. As of now this account has grown to be what it is now today , thanks to your support ^^ .
